But the way you experience existence—your peace, your joy, your perception—depends on how these dimensions are aligned.

Every thought you produce is accompanied by a corresponding chemical response in the body. Every emotion is an energy movement. When this inner technology runs by accident, your chemistry turns against you. Anxiety, anger, and fear are not moral failures; they are simply inefficient engineering. To live consciously is to take the reins and turn this complex system into a source of well-being.
