Yellows are social and inspiring—they thrive on interaction, imagination, and enthusiasm. Greens value stability, harmony, and security; they’re supportive and loyal but often avoid confrontation. Blues are analytical, systematic, and factual; they prefer accuracy, logic, and well-founded arguments. Each color brings unique strengths and blind spots to communication.

This model isn’t a tool for labeling people; it’s a tool for understanding them. The moment we recognize someone’s primary color, we can adjust our approach—slow down for Blues, energize Yellows, focus on efficiency with Reds, or offer reassurance to Greens. The greater your awareness of these patterns, the more skillfully you can navigate any interpersonal landscape. The key is empathy translated into practice: speaking to others in the way they can best hear you.
