Power-ups are tiny positive actions that instantly boost your physical, emotional, or social energy—anything from taking a deep breath to dancing to your favorite song. Bad guys are the obstacles you face, whether inner critics, toxic habits, or external stressors. Naming them helps you confront them consciously rather than feel defeated. And allies are the people who support your progress and cheer you on.

This structure transforms life from a grim battle against fate into an interactive journey of mastery and recovery. Each action—no matter how small—becomes a heroic move. Your brain registers progress, and that sense of agency fuels further motivation.
