Words like “strong,” “steady,” and “ready” become triggers for focus. With time, this practice rewires your mental patterns, building resilience.
Ultimately, self-talk is about taking ownership of your mind’s language. You don’t have to silence criticism, but you do have to transform it into feedback. That’s how you shift from self-judgment to self-coaching—and that’s where confidence grows.
