Companies like Burberry, Nike, and Codelco, despite operating in industries far from Silicon Valley, have achieved such mastery by connecting a clear digital ambition to an actionable governance framework.

From the author’s perspective, digital mastery is less a destination and more a capability that must be cultivated across the enterprise. It requires leaders to rethink their organization’s purpose in light of digital possibilities and to drive aligned initiatives that turn isolated technological advances into cohesive strategy.
