When individuals spent more time working within their areas of natural talent, their productivity, satisfaction, and well-being increased dramatically.

Our research revealed that human excellence is not about eliminating weaknesses; it’s about identifying patterns of naturally recurring talent. We defined a talent as any recurring pattern of thought, feeling, or behavior that could be productively applied. These patterns often emerge early in life and can be observed as preferences, instincts, or tendencies—your innate way of engaging with the world.
