Our research illuminated a truth often hidden in daily work: merit may earn you entry, but presence earns you influence. This is not a cynical observation; it’s an invitation to grow self-awareness about how your actions, words, and presentation shape others’ trust in your leadership.

Gravitas is the gravitational force of leadership—it pulls respect toward you.
