The traditional approach assumes we can predict user behavior from the beginning; Lean UX assumes we cannot. It replaces certainty with curiosity. Teams don’t wait until the end to find out whether they were right—they build learning loops into every sprint. What once took months now takes days. And most importantly, design becomes a team sport, not a handoff.
